Bad Boys Ride or Die: An enjoyable, but uneven ride!

Hi again, HeJaWolf (Hector) here with another blog post here! For today's topic, I'm here to do another movie review, and the movie I saw recently was Bad Boys: Ride or Die, which is the fourth installment of the Bad Boys franchise. The series has been going on for nearly 30 years, but surprisingly, I'm not too familiar with the franchise beyond who stars in it and who directed it, with Michael Bay handling the first two, while the next two (including Ride or Die) was done by Adil and Bilall. I did see the first movie, but it was years ago when I saw it, and aside from some things here and there, I don't remember much (The most I remember was a crazy death scene, and the two leads saying "Now back up, put the gun down, and get me a pack of Tropical Fruit Bubblicious. And some Skittles"). What compelled me to see the new movie despite not being too familiar with the franchise was its directors, Adil and Bilall, who were involved with Ms. Marvel, which is

Inside Out 2: A worthwhile sequel!

Hi everybody, it's HeJaWolf (Hector)! Hope you're all doing well, and welcome back to my shenanigans again! For today's topic, I thought I would review the new movie that has recently been released, Inside Out 2, the sequel to first Inside Out movie. The first movie was amazing and one of the best movies that Pixar has put out in recent years, so hearing that Pixar was doing a sequel to this one actually sounded like it had a lot of potential since it's ripe for a good story. And I'm more than happy to report that Inside Out 2 is a wonderful sequel that takes what made the first movie work, which is about exploring the complexity of emotions, and expanding upon it in exciting, creative ways!      Set one year after the events of the first movie, the sequel focuses on Riley and trying to adjust herself in a situation regarding her friends and whether or not she's making the right choices. With that struggle, as well as Riley becoming older, it brings in new

Hi, it's HeJaWolf (Hector)! If you're new, welcome to my blog, HeJaWolf's Shenanigans, where I discuss various topics regarding movies, TV shows, games, anything that catches my interest. Last time, I discussed X-Men '97, and what I thought about its potential future. For today, it's another Marvel animated show, but not as recent, and it's none other than Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. For anyone who doesn't remember, Agents of S.M.A.S.H. was one of the Disney produced Marvel animated shows that aired on Disney XD, which was set in the same universe as Ultimate Spider-Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Avengers Assemble! Regarding the overall plot of the show, it focuses on Hulk and his team known as S.M.A.S.H. (Don't ask what it stands for, they don't go into it for some reason), which consists of A-Bomb, She-Hulk, Skaar, and Red Hulk, saving the world and stopping supervillains, one city and planet at a time, to not only help other peop
